Driving-route estimates
If route estimation is enabled, we send the installation street, city and ZIP to Google Maps to calculate a driving route from our dispatch location. We do not send your contact details, apartment number, notes or photos to that service. Routes use current traffic; appointment-time traffic needs a separate review. Raw route distances and durations are not retained with your request.
What you share
When you submit a request, we store your contact details, service address, preferred date, installation choices, notes and any photos you attach. Please avoid including people, private documents or unrelated personal information in photos.
How we use it
These details help us evaluate the installation and follow up on your request. Photos and customer details are not displayed publicly. Our website hosting and storage providers process the data needed to operate this service.
Advertising and browser storage
Your light/dark display preference is saved locally on your device. The site keeps permitted campaign parameters, such as UTM tags and advertising click IDs, for the current browser session and associates them with your submitted request. This site does not load Google Analytics or Google Ads tags. Form contact fields, addresses, notes and photos are not included in analytics events.
Contact preferences and data requests
Service contact permission is used only to follow up on the request. Text updates are optional. Contact us to update your details, ask about retained request data or request deletion. We retain request data as needed to quote, schedule and document services and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can request deletion; some service records may need to be retained.
