Driving-route estimates
If route estimation is enabled, we send the installation street, city and ZIP to Google Maps to calculate a driving route from our dispatch location. We do not send your contact details, apartment number, notes or photos to that service. Routes use current traffic; appointment-time traffic needs a separate review. Raw route distances and durations are not retained with your request.
What you share
When you submit a request, we store your contact details, service address, preferred date, installation choices, notes and any photos you attach. Please avoid including people, private documents or unrelated personal information in photos.
How we use it
These details help us evaluate the installation and follow up on your request. Photos and customer details are not displayed publicly. Our website hosting and storage providers process the data needed to operate this service.
Measurement and browser storage
Your display preference and permitted campaign parameters are kept on your device. Google Analytics, our private activity dashboard and Google Ads measurement start automatically for visits identified by our hosting provider as being in the United States, unless you have disabled them. Elsewhere, or if the country cannot be determined, measurement stays off until you enable it. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep measurement off. Automatic measurement also stays off if your browser cannot save an opt-out. Open Measurement settings in the website footer to disable either option or select Disable both. You can request service with both off. Disabling stops further measurement, clears its cookies and session, and reloads the page when needed. Rejections remain on this device until you change them or clear browser storage; saved permissions expire after 180 days. These choices are independent of service contact permission. Google uses cookies and technical browser data; Ads may also use click IDs and an opaque request ID to relate an ad visit to a saved request. Advertising personalization and enhanced conversions with contact data are not enabled. Our private dashboard stores pseudonymous pages, button actions, quote steps, scroll depth, active time, traffic category, screen category and approximate city, region and country when supplied by our hosting provider. We do not retain full IP addresses in these events, record your screen or link sessions to your contact record. Form contact fields, addresses, notes, photos and estimate amounts are not sent to Google or included in these activity events. Reports cover 30 days; older events are removed when activity is received or the report is opened.
Contact preferences and data requests
Service contact permission is used only to follow up on the request. Text updates are optional. Contact us to update your details, ask about retained request data or request deletion. We retain request data as needed to quote, schedule and document services and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can request deletion; some service records may need to be retained.
