Service area and travel
Our base area is ZIP 78217. There is no travel fee for a verified drive of up to 20 miles one way. Over 20 through 25 miles, the suggested fee is $15; over 25 through 30 miles, $30. Extended-area requests are reviewed for travel time and job value before any fee is confirmed. More than 30 driving miles requires a custom quote. ZIP or straight-line distance alone does not establish a fee.
Estimates and scope
Displayed prices are launch rates for standard setups. An estimate describes the selected work only. Wall construction, TV weight, mount compatibility, materials, taxes if applicable and travel can affect the final scope and price. We confirm the scope and price before you approve the job.
Appointment requests
Submitting this form requests a visit; it does not reserve or confirm a time. The selected date and time are preferences in San Antonio time. We confirm availability directly. The form saves your request for review. To notify us by phone, use the text button and send the prepared message from your messaging app, or call us. The site does not send automatic SMS.
Materials and suitability
Please share accurate TV, mount and wall details. Customer-supplied equipment must be suitable for the installation. Oversized TVs, fireplaces, stone, Frame TVs and complex cable routes require a custom quote. Standard concealment includes up to 8 ft vertically in one open drywall/wood-stud cavity and two brush plates, for customer-provided in-wall-rated HDMI/Ethernet. Requests for an outlet behind the TV start at $149 and require review of the existing circuit, route and scope before acceptance or a final quote; the online figure is not an authorization to proceed. Work that cannot be safely supported by the wall and equipment will not proceed.
Changes, access and payment
Contact us if your plans or installation details change. If you rent, confirm that you have permission for the work. No payment or deposit is collected on this site. Cancellation terms, payment arrangements and any written warranty terms will be provided for approval before a real booking.
